ABOUT US

 

Palmetto Coast Home Inspections is locally owned and operated by two Myrtle Beach Firefighters.  We have been affiliated with Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® since 2016 and have done well over 2,500 inspections over those years.  Our company is licensed and insured through LLC, General Liability, and E&O.  Co-owners Sean Murphy and Ryan Quader, along with their team of highly qualified and licensed inspectors, are dedicated to providing their customers with the correct information to make an educated investment.  Our reputable services have established and maintained valuable relationships with multiple realtors and property buyers throughout the Grand Strand.  All of our easy-to-read detailed reports come with multiple pictures and will be delivered the same day as the inspection.  We also have two FAA Part 107 UAS drone pilots and offer drone capabilities to inspect hard to reach roofs.  We are responsive, accountable, and committed to all of our clients.
